Tracey S. Peters, CPA, AEP
FOUNDER
Tracey is a Certified Public Accountant (MD Lic #11205) and Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®) with over 30 years experience working with tax and accounting solutions for individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts.
She received a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University and subsequently worked in various accounting roles with several large firms. Tracey then entered into an alliance with a seasoned accounting professional operating their own private firm. In 2008 she decided to go independent and formed the firm of Tracey S. Peters CPA, LLC.

Craig A. Peters, PMP
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Craig oversees our software, hardware and network infrastructure, business development, document processing and archiving, client tax deliverables, and works closely with businesses to implement and design successful network and QuickBooks technical solutions.
Craig is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with extensive experience in IT software development and project management. Craig received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, with a concentration in Information Systems.
Over the ensuing years as a Software Engineer and Project Manager for several private Maryland firms, Craig specialized in various industries including computer-based testing, Maryland government IT contracts, Goddard Space Flight Center programs, and nuclear power plant software control systems.

Kasia Polak-Lynn, CPA
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
As a Senior Accountant, Kasia prepares individual, business, and estate and trust tax returns. She works with businesses to analyze profit-and-loss statements, earnings sheets and balance sheets, and monitors their financial data to ensure client stability and compliance. She also interacts heavily with our clients to support their QuickBooks financial data.
Kasia is a native of Poland, where she earned a degree in English education. Following her move to the U.S., Kasia worked at PNC Bank and advanced her professional career in accounting and finance. Before joining our firm, Kasia also worked as a Finance Manager for a government contractor. She graduated from Anne Arundel Community College with a Financial Accounting Certificate.
